Fungi-Fighter Morning Cake
This supports the body while reducing sugars, and yeast intake and provides 4 major spices which are anti-fungal. About 1/2 cup of flour (what I had left), 1 egg, water to form pancake , 2 tsp each of thyme, cumin, 1 tsp basil, and 3/4 tsp of cayenne pepper or more depending on your preferences. A USDA study found that Cayenne pepper contains a compound, called CAY-1, that kills 16 different fungi in laboratory tests.

You can add 1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda (or drink it in a glass of water) for its sbuttercakealkaline properties. See info on soda bread http://www.absoluteastronomy.com/topics/Quick_bread

And after the cake,  1-4 drops of oil of oregano (Oregano Vulgare only) in a half glass of water 1-4 times a day.  Discussion and directions from Diagnose Me.com http://www.diagnose-me.com/treat/T223028.html

The following link highlights the role of bicarbonate of soda in fighting fungi while discussing a theory about cancer.
This is a very good introductory article to read regardless of your views on cancer. Candida And Fungal Infections May Cause Cancer… http://www.cancerfightingstrategies.com/fungalconnection.html And very important, also discusses the need for a probiotic (or yogurt) in repopulating the intestinal tract with “good” bacteria which may be compromised by the fungi.  The following link, of which the above is a part, is a very good roundup of various alternative cancer approaches.

For urinary tract infection
- bicarbonate of soda  (1 tsp) in a pancake (could have put in glass of water)
- 2 glasses of water and more during day
- 2 drops of oil of oregano (not the spice oregano. Be sure that it is Oregano Vulgare and 70% at least carvacrol concentration. Amazing stuff: great for immune system, skin infections, digestive tract problems, joint and muscle problems, colds, sinus problems. See HomeRemediesWeb for side effects (reduce iron absorption, possible allergic response). http://www.homeremediesweb.com/oil_of_oregano_health_benefits.php
- cranberry juice (regular or diet) – keeps e coli which cause some infections from clinging to intestinal tract wall. Reports of possible interaction with Wafarin which is taken to reduce potential of strokes and for DVT may be misplaced suggesting that moderate use of cranberry juice in moderation is safe. http://www.healthline.com/sw/hr-nl-in-brief-cranberry-juice-and-warfarin-okay

However, possibly not good for recurrent cases. http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/08/090824141051.htm

 tortillatreats

Tortilla rounds. Needed something sweet. Looked around for a cutter and found an empty spice container. Wet the tortilla with hot water and cut out the rounds on the board. Fried in butter. To be really healthy, use olive oil. The cheese was put on during cooking to melt. Have the cheese already cubed, otherwise you burn your hand trying to cut it while turning the rounds over before they burn, etc. The blueberry jam was put on after they were already safely on the plate.

filledomelet
Cure-All Omelet. Particularly good for fungal infections. Contains liberal (I mean 2 tbsp of each) of garlic (or 4-5 garlic cloves), turmeric, oregano, sage, and cinnamon. The cinnamon can be left out. The base is fried in olive oil and consists of onions,  fresh garlic, and sweet potatoes (left over). Fry and put aside. Clean pan and reheat until smoking. Insert two eggs (I shook them in an old honey jar), add the spices, and then the part set aside. Cover on low flame for 2 minutes. You never ate so healthily.

However, another research found that against a number of fungi, essential oils of turmeric and cinnamon were not effective in inhibiting the tested fungi while cassia, allspice, clove, cumin, coriander, thyme, basil, anise, curry leaf, and asafetida did inhibit, with cumin, thyme, cassia, and allspice showing the most antifungal activity. http://www.informaworld.com/smpp/content~content=a906954666~db=all~jumptype=rss

lentelsandspinachSpinach Lentil With Thyme and Cumin
So, this is a high protein dish with two tsp thyme and 2 tsp of cumin plus 1 tsp of cardamom. This is not the oils of these spices so there is no guarantee that this dish will be effective. However it does shows one possibility of an eatable meal. The first just has butter and you taste the full richness of the ingredients. The second? All you taste is the ketchup for those who hate lentils and spinach.

The layout for your web site is a bit off in Flock. Yet I like your website. I may have to install a “normal” browser just to enjoy it. :)
